We only give refunds if all the balloons are returned intact. If you are uncertain about the colour of the balloons or need an exact colour match then please ask for a sample before ordering. We cannot offer refunds just because you do not like the balloon colours!
If you make a mistake when ordering then just e-mail us and we will cancel or amend your order without any fuss. If you are not happy with the goods or if you do not receive them then balloon-printing.com will refund your payment. Please notify us of any problems as soon as possible.
